I appreciate your efforts towards resolving the issue. However, there are few more steps that we can try to diagnose the root cause.

This issue might occurs due to incorrect settings or due to inappropriate wireless drivers. Let’s try to identify the actual cause and troubleshoot accordingly.

However, before we proceed I would require some more information to assist you better.

Did you install the wireless driver after performing factory reset?

In the mean time, I would suggest you to try the following methods:

Method 1:

Step 1:
Turn on network discovery and check whether it helps to fix the issue.

To do so, please follow the steps below:

a. Press Windows key + X and select control panel. In the search box, type network, click Network and Sharing Center and then, in the navigation pane, click Change advanced sharing settings.

b. Click the chevron to expand the current network profile.

c. Click Turn on network discovery and then click Save changes.

Step 2:

Please check the status of the WLAN Autoconfig service. The status should be started and set to automatic.

To do so, follow the steps given below:

a. Press Windows key + R, Run window will be open

b. Type in services.msc in Open box and click on Ok.

c. Select WLAN Autoconfig from the list, right click on it click on “Start”.

Note: If it is already started, then I suggest you to right click on WLAN Autoconfig and click on restart.

d. Right click on WLAN Autoconfig and select properties.

e. Change the startup type to Automatic.

f. Click on Apply, Ok.

g. Restart the computer and check if it helps.

If issue still persists, then try method 2.
